I am a passionate, proactive individual, driven by my ambition to improve animal welfare on both an individual and population-wide basis. I take great pride in all I do and am constantly striving for self-betterment. I am currently working in a charity small animal practice where I am utilising previous experiences in my every day work and continuing to grow and develop as a veterinary surgeon and leader.

As clinical lead and RPS for the charity practice my responsibilities include: clinical audits, clinical incident management, drug management within a budget, handling VMD inspections, local protocol creation and updates and leadership of four other veterinarians.

I was promoted to this role in January 2018 ahead of the one-year schedule after 6 months of employment as a Graduate Veterinary Surgeon.
